Casa Flora schedules pick-ups after 2:00pm and before 4:00pm daily.

For your convenience we ship with all major airlines, motor freight lines and parcel delivery service companies. FedEx® is shipper of choice.

Every shipment from Casa Flora should have a bill of lading envelope attached. This envelope contains a bill of lading, instruction sheet and claims information. Please read this information as it is designed to help you. The bill of lading shows the number and varieties of plants and the number of boxes.

Special shipping arrangements have been made with some carriers so that we are able to place orders on shipping pallets in our facility. The pallets are delivered to you, our customers, without the individual boxes being handled again. The results are that the plants arrive at your door in the best possible condition.
